Senior Private PA to Family

Job Description

A private family is looking for an extremely capable Senior Private PA who is going to be reliable, flexible, and able to oversee the smooth running of a busy household. The role is mainly based in West London but short haul travel is sometimes required - the perfect candidate will therefore have a flexible approach.

This is a really exciting opportunity for the right person with exciting projects to get involved in, including but not limited to a very large-scale house renovation! I am looking for someone bright, with heaps of gravitas looking for their next big challenge.

Key for this role is someone who has worked in a Senior Private PA role, is used to managing multiple properties and overseeing staff.

• Maintain a complex calendar and numerous competing priorities through a detailed understanding of the principle’s diary
• Anticipating upcoming events and ensuring the smooth running of the household accordingly
• Manage the coordination and logistics of meetings and events.
• Capture tasks and actions, scheduling and documentation of tasks, and management of deadlines.
• Enable effective communication across the household staff
• Management of all domestic and international travel for the principles
• Staff management to include recruitment and reviews.
• Property Management
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
