Job Description

We're seeking a proactive Office Manager to join a boutique law firm located in the heart of the City on a temporary basis for 4-5 months.

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, a problem solver, and someone who thrives in a dynamic and flexible environment. Previous accounting experience and familiarity with Xero accounting software would be advantageous.

Our client offers a hybrid working model with 3 core office days and 2 days of remote work per week, along with monthly team lunches and an excellent working atmosphere.

Duties will include:

  • All general Office Manager duties
  • Opening new files on their case management system
  • Overseeing billing and accounting for the firm including invoicing, chasing payments, payroll and updating Xero
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing the firms HR system – onboarding, arranging interviews and managing staff holidays
  • Liasing with tech contractors
  • Organising internal events
  • Reviewing office procedures and policies
  • Project management

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with at least 3+ years experience as an Office Manager within a professional environment. The successful candidate must be available from May until September.
