Temporary Receptionist for Global Insurance Broker

Job Description

A global insurance broker and longstanding client of ours is seeking a temporary receptionist to join them for a seven-week period. They are an independent broker, meaning they have a very innovative approach and a large client base. This is a temporary role so candidates must be available immediately.

Their gorgeous office is based in the heart of the City, and is modern and bright, with huge jars of sweets on the desks! They are a large team but very lovely and supportive. Being the initial face of the company, they need someone friendly and gregarious with fantastic client facing skills. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone interested in the industry and wanting to get their foot in the door.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting
• Answering the phone and dealing with any queries
• Keeping the desk area tidy
• Managing meeting room availability
• Making teas and coffees
