Temporary Team Assistant for Growing Asset Manager

Job Description

We are working with a fabulous new client, a global Asset Manager with sustainability at their core. They are seeking a dynamic and hard-working interim Team Assistant who will be FOH whilst also providing PA support to the more junior members within the Private Equity and Investor Relations teams.

This is an interim cover to start as soon as possible, where there will be opportunity to get involved with a number of projects including managing exciting road shows. Located in stunning new offices in St James, you will be joining a close-knit sociable team who enjoy a work hard play hard environment, and Friday team lunches!

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Organising meetings and appointments across multiple time zones
• Managing travel arrangements and roadshow logistics
• Diary management
• Managing the booking of meeting rooms and setting up refreshments
• Front of House meeting, greeting guests and answering main phone line
• Expenses
