After graduating from the University of Sussex, Camilla initially worked within the Music industry, before starting her Recruitment career in 2010. She started out working for a Financial focused agency, where she specialised in placing temporary contracts across Financial Services. Camilla joined Bain and Gray in 2015 as a Consultant in the Permanent Team and she has risen to Senior Consultant, forging long term relationships, working across all industries and specialising in all levels of support from Administrative Assistants up to Chief of Staff.
