Emily spent her early career developing her expertise in the Temporary side of business support recruitment. Emily formed a strong working relationship with Claire Gray and they moved together to a boutique agency in Sloane Square, specialising in a corporate and high end client base. Emily was brought in to manage and develop their Temporary business and she did this successfully over a number of years, more than trebling their temp revenue.
A natural next step was for Claire and Emily to set up their own agency which they did in 2009. The formation of the business was a consolidation of their experience and reputation, with the singular aim to build London's leading recruitment agency in the secretarial and PA market.
Emily is strong on client relationships and along with Tray Durrant is responsible for launching the unique Links at Bain and Gray network and directory.
