We spend a lot of time on our interviewing and selection process, so we get to know our candidates’ work history, skills, and personality. Which means we always put them forward for the opportunities that suit their strengths, and you get the right people for your vacancies.
Our temporary candidates come to you reference-checked, and we adhere to all the Agency Workers Regulations, so the paperwork is done, our temps are ready to hit the ground running. Bain and Gray are a FSQS (Financial Supplier Qualification System) accredited company. This means that onboarding us as a supplier is simple, as business background checks are already taken care of.
Our temporary workers are paid through Bain and Gray; we invoice our clients every 7 days. We can also assist with fixed term contract recruitment where we introduce our candidates to our clients who are subsequently employed by the client. Candidates who will consider both temp and contract opportunities will be available immediately.
We have an experienced database of more than 400 temporary workers, 60% of whom are only registered with Bain and Gray, which is constantly kept updated and refreshed.
We actively source candidates through our university ambassador’s programmes, leading secretarial colleges and via referral through our network, 80% of our candidates come to us via recommendation. If there’s a gap in your team while you’re recruiting for permanent roles or due to holiday/ sickness, we can provide interim temps at very short notice doing our utmost to guarantee seamless cover.
