Our temporary candidate network has a broad range of skillset. From ad hoc project support to urgent staff cover, our temp recruitment team delivers. We have an excellent and loyal network of candidates at our fingertips to include (but not limited to) Reception/ Graduate entry to Board Level EA’s and Chief of Staff, HR and Event Assistant, Junior Analyst, Customer Service.

We spend a lot of time on our interviewing and selection process, so we get to know our candidates’ work history, skills, and personality. Which means we always put them forward for the opportunities that suit their strengths, and you get the right people for your vacancies.

Our temporary candidates come to you reference-checked, and we adhere to all the Agency Workers Regulations, so the paperwork is done, our temps are ready to hit the ground running. Bain and Gray are a FSQS (Financial Supplier Qualification System) accredited company. This means that onboarding us as a supplier is simple, as business background checks are already taken care of.

Our temporary workers are paid through Bain and Gray; we invoice our clients every 7 days. We can also assist with fixed term contract recruitment where we introduce our candidates to our clients who are subsequently employed by the client. Candidates who will consider both temp and contract opportunities will be available immediately.

Yes, we take prior employment references and right to work checks on our temporary candidates ahead of any bookings. We will also highlight if a temp has worked through Bain and Gray before and any feedback that might be relevant.

All of our temporary candidates are agency workers and are paid directly through Bain and Gray on a weekly basis (PAYE). All additional costs including holiday pay, NI and Pension will be covered within the charge rate which we will agree with each client ahead of any booking. Our finance team will send out a weekly invoice to cover any processed hours.

We are compliant with all temporary regulations including Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (AWR). Bain and Gray are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and The Association of Professional Staffing Companies, we have passed their compliance assessment and adhere to the code of professional practice.
