Flora studied History of Art at Edinburgh University, graduating in 2016. She spent 2 years working as a Junior Agent for an influencer Talent Agency before moving into recruitment. Flora joined Bain and Gray on the Permanent team as a Consultant in early 2019.

I thought this would give me the most broad understanding of all the different techniques out there – and trust me, there are an overwhelming amount!"
