Bain and Gray is partnering with an exciting, fast-growing retail business to appoint a Chief of Staff to the Founder — a newly created, pivotal role at the heart of the business.

Working closely with the CEO and the wider C-suite, this is an opportunity for a commercially minded, strategically astute individual to help shape the company's direction, drive key business priorities and turn ambitious ideas into action.

This is far more than a traditional support role. The successful candidate will act as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, bringing structure, insight and momentum to the business's most important initiatives.

The role will involve:

• Partnering closely with the CEO to develop, refine and execute the company's strategic priorities.
• Working alongside the C-suite to drive alignment, collaboration and accountability across the business.
• Leading key strategic projects and ensuring critical initiatives move forward at pace.
• Preparing high-level briefings, presentations and insights to support executive decision-making.
• Bringing clarity to complex challenges, identifying opportunities and helping the business scale successfully.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in French and English.
• Has exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen and analytical ability.
• Can operate confidently at C-suite level and influence senior stakeholders.
• Is proactive, highly intelligent and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Combines big-picture thinking with the ability to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
