Job Description

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and highly capable EA to join a rapidly growing global technology business, based in the heart of the City.

Due to continued growth and an immediate need within the senior leadership team, this is initially a temporary position with strong potential to become permanent. We are therefore looking for an experienced EA who is available immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely wants a role to get their teeth into. Supporting two senior leaders, you will operate at the heart of a fast-paced, ambitious, and evolving tech business where priorities move quickly, and no two days are the same.

We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and exceptionally organised EA who enjoys taking ownership, anticipating what is needed and making things happen. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, navigating change and building strong relationships across the business, with the confidence to operate autonomously and use your judgement.

Providing comprehensive support to two members of the senior leadership team, you will ensure the smooth running of complex schedules, meetings, travel, and strategic initiatives. This role will suit someone who thrives in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment, takes real pride in delivering outstanding executive support and is confident using Google Workspace.

The wider team is collaborative, ambitious, and forward-thinking, with a genuinely team-centred culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage complex, fast-moving, and frequently changing executive diaries
  • Anticipate priorities, identify potential clashes, and ensure senior leaders are always well prepared
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, minute taking, action tracking and follow-up
  • Provide comprehensive support for leadership meetings, ensuring key actions are captured and driven through to completion
  • Organise internal and external events from initial planning through to delivery
  • Manage multiple priorities, workstreams and ad hoc projects with efficiency and professionalism
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Build strong working relationships across the business and confidently navigate a fast-growing organisation
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, exercising excellent judgement and maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, bringing structure and organisation to a rapidly evolving environment

About You

  • You will be an experienced EA, ideally within tech, start-up, scale-up or another high-growth environment
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business
  • Available immediately and comfortable stepping into a role where you will need to make an impact quickly
  • A natural self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and wants a role they can really get their teeth into
  • Confident managing demanding schedules, shifting priorities and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in an evolving environment
  • Mature working style, with the confidence to manage challenging situations and different personalities with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Highly resilient, emotionally intelligent, and able to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Resourceful and proactive, with excellent judgement and a strong instinct for anticipating what is needed
  • An excellent communicator who can quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Please note, our client has a hybrid working model

If you are an unflappable, switched-on, and highly accomplished EA who thrives in the pace and energy of a tech or start-up environment, this could be the perfect role.

You will be someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action, takes genuine ownership of their role and wants to become an integral part of a growing business. If you are available immediately and looking for a substantial EA position where you can make a real impact from day one, we would love to hear from you.
