Job Description

We are working on a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, energetic, and highly organised EA with previous Investor Relations experience to join a leading Investment Bank based in the heart of Central London.

Supporting approximately two senior individuals within the Investor Relations team, this is a busy, fast-paced, and highly involved EA role requiring someone who genuinely enjoys organising, problem-solving and making their executives’ working lives run seamlessly.

Due to the immediate need this is initially a temp role with so much opportunity across the business.

Previous EA experience within Investor Relations is essential for this position. We are looking for someone who understands the pace, demands and stakeholder environment of an IR function and can hit the ground running.

This role needs an EA who is naturally one step ahead – someone who proactively anticipates what needs to happen next, while being equally comfortable reacting quickly and calmly when priorities change.

The pace is high and the diaries are demanding, so you will need plenty of drive, excellent judgement, and the ability to keep multiple plates spinning without ever losing sight of the detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who really loves being an EA, someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy desk, takes real pride in providing exceptional support and gets genuine satisfaction from bringing order and structure to a demanding working day.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Complex and constantly changing diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating a high volume of internal and external meetings, including investor and stakeholder meetings
  • Proactively managing schedules, anticipating clashes, and resolving issues before they arise
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to last-minute diary changes and shifting priorities
  • Arranging complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring executives have the relevant information and materials in advance
  • Liaising confidently and professionally with investors, senior stakeholders, and colleagues across the business
  • Acting as a key point of contact and building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Managing expenses and day-to-day administration
  • Prioritising conflicting demands and ensuring important actions and deadlines are followed through
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion
  • Providing ad hoc project and administrative support as required

About You

  • Previous EA experience within Investor Relations
  • A strong understanding of the pace and demands associated with supporting an IR team
  • Exceptional diary management and organisational skills
  • A naturally proactive approach and the ability to anticipate what your executives will need
  • The agility to switch seamlessly between proactive planning and reactive problem-solving
  • High levels of energy, resilience, and enthusiasm
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence liaising with investors and senior internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to remain calm, practical, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Excellent judgement, discretion, and professionalism
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach, and a genuine willingness to get stuck in
