Executive Assistant to Chairman & CEO

Job Description

A rare opportunity to join a high-growth, Nasdaq-listed global technology business as Executive Assistant to the Chairman & CEO.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role supporting a highly successful, personable CEO and UHNW principal. He is a big character, family-focused and approachable, but operates at an exceptionally senior level. He is looking for a trusted partner who can manage his world, anticipate his needs and act as a genuine sounding board.

The Role

You will own a demanding international diary and travel schedule, manage access and relationships, coordinate investor and Board engagements, prepare briefings and correspondence, and handle highly confidential matters with absolute discretion.

You will also oversee an EA/Assistant and have exposure to reception and office management functions.

This is far more than traditional EA support. There is huge scope to shape and develop the role, with a potential pathway towards Chief of Staff for the right person.

About You

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years supporting a CEO, Chairman or equivalent senior principal, ideally from luxury, financial services, private equity, listed businesses, family office or another high-performance environment.

You will be:

• Exceptionally polished, confident and well presented
• Discreet, intuitive and highly emotionally intelligent
• A brilliant relationship builder
• Able to hold your own in a predominantly male, senior environment
• Calm and unflappable with strong personalities
• Comfortable with HNWIs, investors and senior executives
• Highly flexible and comfortable operating outside traditional hours when required

French would be advantageous.
