Shape the Future of Financial Services

Exceptional leaders need exceptional partners.

Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing fintech and financial services group transforming the future of financial advice through AI-powered technology and innovative operating infrastructure.

As the business continues its rapid growth, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Associate (Business Manager) to the CEO. This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role—it is a strategic business partnership with direct exposure to executive leadership, business strategy and high-impact decision-making.

The Opportunity

Working directly alongside the CEO, you'll become a trusted adviser and operational partner, helping drive strategic priorities, lead key initiatives and ensure the executive function operates at the highest level.

You'll gain unrivalled exposure to corporate strategy, AI transformation, governance, investor engagement and business operations, playing a central role in supporting the growth of one of the UK's most exciting fintech businesses.

Key Responsibilities

You'll support the CEO across a broad range of strategic and operational activities, including:

  • Managing executive priorities, schedules and key business initiatives
  • Preparing meeting briefings, agendas, presentations and executive papers
  • Attending meetings, recording actions and driving follow-up across teams
  • Leading and coordinating strategic projects on behalf of the CEO
  • Managing relationships with investors, board members, regulators and external stakeholders
  • Preparing board and committee papers while supporting corporate governance activities
  • Supporting company secretarial responsibilities and corporate administration
  • Coordinating executive travel, events and logistics
  • Managing confidential communications and correspondence
  • Supporting onboarding, contracts, compliance documentation and executive administration
  • Driving AI adoption across business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Acting as a key point of coordination across the executive leadership team

About You

You'll be highly organised, commercially minded and naturally proactive. You anticipate challenges, take ownership and consistently deliver to a high standard.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A university degree
  • 5+ years' experience supporting C-suite executives within a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement
  • High emotional intelligence with absolute discretion and professionalism
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and senior stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

You'll demonstrate:

  • High levels of initiative and ownership
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • A positive, resilient and hands-on approach
  • Calmness under pressure with excellent judgement
  • Professional presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies
  • The ability to work from our Fulham, London office five days per week.

Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to become the CEO's trusted business partner within a rapidly scaling, well-funded organisation at the forefront of AI innovation in financial services.

Offering exceptional exposure, genuine responsibility and significant career development, this role is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career while making a meaningful impact on the growth of an ambitious business.

If you're an exceptional Executive Associate ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
