Family office based in Mayfair is looking for a well presented, articulate candidate to come on board and join the team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with some good administration/customer service experience under their belt, looking to take the next step in their career.
This role is working within the support team in luxury, well appointed, boutique offices in Mayfair. The dynamic is busy, fast paced and exciting. This role will be based on reception, supporting the leadership team in a PA capacity.
Typical duties will include meet and greet, fielding of calls, diary management, travel arrangements and any ad-hoc project/event work. This role is office based and as a company, they really do look after their staff, offering great benefits and bonus potential.
Key for this is role is good presentation, a can-do approach and the ability to juggle a busy and forever changing workload. Excellent communication skills essential!
