Job Description
Location: Hammersmith, London
Salary: £35,000–£42,000
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are seeking an exceptional, highly organised Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to a high-profile principal and their Executive Assistant within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a varied role that combines executive, operational and personal support, requiring exceptional discretion, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Office Support
- Support the day-to-day management of the executive office, ensuring it operates efficiently and is fully equipped.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly schedules and itineraries.
- Arrange refreshments and hospitality for meetings and office visits.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, rail travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Organise travel logistics for support teams and coordinate transport to and from venues.
- Liaise with office operations and security teams regarding arrivals, departures and logistics.
- Manage corporate card reconciliations, invoices and expense processing.
- Support budget tracking for travel and related expenditure.
Personal Support
- Source luxury and specialist items through established retail and personal shopping networks.
- Coordinate gifts for key occasions, including birthdays, holidays and VIP recipients.
- Prepare and manage hospitality requirements and event-related requests.
- Assist with private event planning and ad hoc personal projects.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on a range of personal and business matters.
- Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion.
About You
The successful candidate will be:

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Able to balance discretion with confidence, knowing when to take initiative and when to remain in the background.
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to support wherever needed.
- Experienced in managing confidential information with complete professionalism.
Working Pattern
- Four days per week based in the office, with one day working from home (typically Friday), subject to business requirements.
- Flexibility is essential, as office attendance may vary depending on operational needs.
- Occasional out-of-hours support will be required, particularly during periods of travel.
