Reception & Office Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and organised Reception & Office Assistant to join a lovely boutique asset management firm based in St James’s. The firm has a polished yet really welcoming office environment and a fantastic, close knit team. This is a varied, hands on role combining FOH responsibilities, general office administration and some light PA/EA support during periods of annual leave. Working closely with the Office Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering calls, preparing meeting rooms, offering refreshments and ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day. There will also be an opportunity to help build office culture by organising team drinks and social events. The team is looking for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an office, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and is happy to get stuck in. This is initially a one week temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent position as the role develops.

The role is based in St James’s, London, and is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
