Salary: £70-80,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus + benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a high-growth technology company based in London.

Supporting the founders and senior leadership team, this is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on organisation, logistics and keeping a fast-paced business running smoothly. This is a senior, execution-focused position—not a Chief of Staff role—and is ideal for an experienced EA who enjoys being the operational engine behind a leadership team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for providing seamless executive support while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the London office. Working in a collaborative, ambitious environment, you'll ensure priorities are managed effectively and nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones.
• End-to-end international travel coordination, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries.
• Organising meetings, company events, offsites and leadership dinners.
• Managing the day-to-day running of the London office, liaising with suppliers, vendors and building management.
• Coordinating onboarding logistics for new employees, including equipment and first-day setup.
• Processing expenses, invoices and providing administrative support to the leadership team.
• Managing inboxes and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for senior executives.
• Providing ad hoc business and personal support as required.

About You

You'll have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant/Office Manager.
• Experience supporting founders or senior executives within a startup, scale-up or fast-paced commercial environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive, resourceful approach and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Excellent communication skills and complete discretion when handling confidential information.
• Confidence managing both executive support and office operations.
• An interest in technology or emerging industries would be advantageous, although not essential.
