We have just taken on a fantastic new temporary role working for a leading Asset Management firm in the heart of the West End.

This is a busy and varied temporary role, ideal for an EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and is confident managing complex diaries, competing priorities and senior stakeholders. Experience working across multiple time zones is crucial for this role due to their global presence.

The successful EA will provide float support across the 3 month period, looking after multiple different teams.

The role will involve:

Extensive diary management

Coordinating meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.

Travel booking and managing complex itineraries

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Administration support

We are looking for an experienced EA who is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities. Prior experience in boutique finance would be highly beneficial and experience managing highly complex travel arrangements. The successful candidate must be calm under pressure and confident managing competing priorities.
