One of the world’s most famous and rewarding Charities, based in East London, is looking for an exceptional EA to look after the CEO and the Executive Office. To be considered for this EA role you will need to have previously managed a team and had substantial senior PA experience at Board level within a similar environment.
Duties will include proactively planning and managing the CEO’s workload; managing the CEO’s email inbox ensuring emails/correspondence are responded to; preparing the CEO for meetings and agendas making sure he has all the correct documentation required; producing agendas and minutes/action points for all CEO meetings; liaising with the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and other Board members on the CEO’s behalf; managing CEO’s international travel and expenses and managing the CEO team (2 PA’s) which will involve delegation of work, performance reviews and development to enable the efficient running of the CEO’s office.
The successful EA candidate, as well as having experience of managing a team, will need to have excellent communications skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and re-prioritise consistently whilst remaining calm and positive. Travel from East London to Central London Office will be required.
Salary up to £39,124 plus top benefits, great working environment, hours 9-5pm.
