Our client, an energetic and successful entrepreneur is seeking a proactive and capable Executive Assistant for a 6-week holiday cover. Based in lovely offices in the West End, responsibilities will include both business and personal support – you must have a minimum of 6 years supporting experience and prior experience supporting an entrepreneur would be beneficial. Our client has lots of exciting projects, working with sport and charities, you will be providing extensive diary management support and a confident time manager is essential! You must love being the organiser and have proven experience with dictation and short hand, the company moves at a terrific pace, your responsibilities will include; travel organisation and logistics, preparing information for meetings, actioning meetings, total diary and inbox management, assisting with multiple projects and event preparation, liaising with the household staff and being 2 steps ahead.
