A hugely exciting opportunity for a PA has arisen at one of the world’s best known children’s charities based out near Ilford. Easily accessible by the Central Line or car this PA role will report directly into the Executive Assistant to the CEO and will have great exposure to the running of an Executive Office.
Duties will include typical PA/secretarial duties such as extensive diary management, responding to emails and correspondence, assisting with meeting preparation including documents, presentations and agendas, minute taking, booking international travel, expenses and undertaking basic projects to support the CEO’s office.
The successful candidate must have solid PA experience at senior management level within preferably a confidential/sensitive environment, be flexible and adaptable with a real can do positive attitude. You will also have bags of initiative, be able to stay calm under pressure and work well within a team environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be mentored from a highly experienced Executive Assistant and have great Board level exposure. The working environment is friendly and collaborative and the company offer top benefits and training (hours are 9-5 with some flexibility).
