Job Description

Fixed term contract, 10 months.

Our client are looking for you, an engaging, intelligent and switched on office professional who is happy to help this dynamic team of West End based recruiters. This is a fixed term contract which you must be able to start by the first week of November.

The role, is really varied and needs someone who is process driven but also able to turn his/her hand to any task needed!


  • Dealing with queries
  • Assisting Payroll manager
  • Learning Payroll
  • Gathering ITEPA information and uploading to HMRC

Timesheets and Candidate Invoices

  • Sorting and administering timesheets and locum invoices
  • Liaising with NHSP and other third parties
  • Communicating effectively with managers, locums and consultants

Sales Invoices

  • Posting and Emailing out sales invoices
  • Learning to raise sales invoices
  • PO numbers, BRNs
