Job Description

A specialist asset management company, based close to the city is seeking a highly capable, switched on and organised Office Assistant to join their fun, but hardworking team. This is a new position that has come about due to company expansion. The role will be supporting the senior management and portfolio managers with; diary management, travel, events, itineraries, document preparation and other ad hoc administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, well presented, efficient and professional and able to keep calm under pressure. There is opportunity for the Office Assistant role to progress into something more senior. The team are very supportive and have stressed that they want to slowly build up the role as the Office Assistant improves their knowledge and skills around the business. The staff are well looked after with lovely offices and greats benefits to look forward to. You will need to be confident in a client facing role and happy to ‘muck-in’ wherever needed. Any secretarial qualifications will serve as an advantage (all though not mandatory).
