We are looking for an Office Assistant / PA to join a leading Mayfair based Private Equity firm. Our client is based in lovely offices and they are highly respected in their sector, with offices internationally. We are looking for an Office Assistant / PA who is ideally a graduate, with a minimum of 1 – 2 years solid office experience. This Office Assistant / PA role will be working in a young and dynamic team and will be involved in the business, so must be confident at dealing with clients and building a professional relationship. Typical Office Assistant / PA duties will include; scheduling meetings, diary and travel management, expenses, research, assisting with organising events, updating the database, preparing reports, putting together PowerPoint presentations, invoicing and all basic admin.
