A boutique but rapidly growing luxury handmade furniture and accessories company which sells worldwide, is seeking a well-presented, switched on, flexible and enthusiastic Office Junior. Based from their West London office, duties for this office assistant role will include answering and directing calls, co-ordinating orders and sales, dealing with mail, quotes and invoices, maintaining stocks and the client database, basic book keeping, filing, updating the website, managing and growing the social media account, conducting market research and competitor analysis and generally assisting with admin and the smooth running of the business. You must be highly organised, motivated, attentive to detail and able to build relationships well and have good initiative, excellent communication skills and a confident, professional yet friendly telephone manner. Competency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Photoshop is required as well as an interest in marketing and social media. This is a wonderfully diverse role for a first jobber and team player.
