A boutique private equity firm in the heart of Mayfair is seeking a lovely and experienced Office Manager to join their team. Based in gorgeous offices, you will have a muck in approach to work and happy to support where needed. As it is a small office you will be required to wear many hats. The role covers all usual Office Management duties; managing contracts, bookkeeping, accounts, suppliers and procurement, I.T. refreshments, events, diary management for the team, organising roadshows, liaising with clients and more. You must have prior experience in an OM role as you will be implementing new procedures and processes to help streamline internal operations. This is a friendly and professional team, and looking for someone who will fit right in. Experience within finance is advantageous but not compulsory.
