Job Description

We are looking for an extremely well presented and client facing Assistant to work at a hugely successful boutique Investment Managers, based in the heart of Mayfair.  You will be the first point of contact for all their clients and guest, therefore you will need to be confident, friendly and extremely detail orientated.  Responsibilities will include; managing their meeting rooms, ordering stationery, maintaining the kitchen area and ordering supplies accordingly, and general office duties as required.  In addition you will be responsible for booking travel arrangements, answering the phones, diary management and assistant with their events.  Ideally you will have a minimum of a year’s experience within a similar office environment and you will be able to demonstrate that you have the maturity to deal with clients at all levels.  This is an amazing opportunity to work for a buzzy, successful and incredibly hardworking company who really are at the top of their game.  Apply immediately to avoid disappointment!
