Job Description

A sensational Office Manager role has arisen working for the private office of an ULTRA high net worth family, supporting an extremely influential individual with interests in literacy and charity. Based in breath-taking offices in Central London, this Office Manager will be working alongside a team of three PAs; overseeing the smooth running of the office, assisting with the running of 6 fully-staffed households, assisting with events coordination, making reservations, liaising with contractors and suppliers and offering ad hoc support to the rest of the small team. The ideal Office Manager will have strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude and be willing to turn their hand to anything. This is a one in a lifetime role for an experienced Office Manager to take that next step on the career ladder. This is a 1 year contract starting IMMEDIATELY.
