Job Description

An amazing opportunity for an Office Manager/Front of House to work in a small family run property company based in West London.  The company has ambitious plans to grow and develop and invest in commercial properties throughout Central London and in the US.  The Office Manager/Front of House role is key to the efficient running of the organisation and will offer strong development opportunities for the successful candidate.

Typical Office Manager/Front of House duties will include managing calls, greeting clients, preparing boardroom for meetings, preparing letters and reports, diary management for partners, ordering stationery and office supplies, arranging taxis and couriers, co-ordinating company social events, managing company website, ad hoc personal work for the MD and providing cover for his EA when necessary.  This role would ideally suit a second jobber with excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible hands on attitude who is looking for role where they can really make a difference.
