Job Description

My client is an Entrepreneur in the food industry who owns a well established and popular chain of restaurants. Seeking a switched on, resilient and sparky PA to assist with his private and business life. This is a traditional PA role, working in dynamic and fun team and supporting a charming boss. This role will normally be based from lovely open plan offices in Central London.

Duties will include:

- Diary management for all business and personal matters

- General PA duties including accurate dictation and message taking; typing correspondence and any other administrative duties

- Arranging domestic/international travel and accommodation where required, VISA’s, liaising with multiple travel agents & driver

- Liaising with accountants, insurance brokers, private bank and wealth managers

- Keeping on top of office post and at various homes and flagging important correspondence

- Maintaining an extensive filing system

- Screening telephone calls and emails, and handling when appropriate

- Liaising with other private staff such as housekeepers, boat crew re. pay, holidays etc

- Overseeing and paying bills (property utilities, contractors, personal staff salaries etc)

- Handing and annotating monthly expenses

- Managing contacts to ensure information is up to date and accurate

- Ad hoc projects


Skills & Experience:

- At least 5 years' PA experience

- High attention to detail

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

- Advanced Outlook, excel, PowerPoint

- Can-do attitude and willingness to learn & expand knowledge

- Very good written and verbal communication

- Tact and discretion

- A forward thinker with the ability to pre-empt situations or issues before they arise

- Ability to stay calm in often demanding situations – initiative and judgement: making decisions

where appropriate

- Flexibility
