An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our Retail clients based in Central London as PA to the CEO. The PA will be working in a fast-paced service company environment, providing diary management, travel logistics, executive meeting minutes and other support, to the CEO and other members of the Board to maximise their time and efficiency. The PA will also look after the general running of the Office/Showroom which will involve organising events, ordering office supplies and ad hoc projects and research.
The successful candidate will have 4 solid years PA experience within the Service Sector, be driven, dynamic, energetic, confident with a strong knowledge of Office 365 (including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel). They will also have excellent written and verbal communications skills with a high level of discretion and integrity and have the ability to be the CEO’s true right hand person. The role would suit a PA who is looking to continue a successful career in a dynamic and fast growing company.
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
