Job Description

We have a fabulous new opportunity, working for a long-standing and highly successful health focussed charity, based in Windsor, who offer flexible working. This is a new position supporting two Senior Levels execs and who are looking to hire asap. Both remote and socially distanced face to face interviews are able to be coordinated. Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Relationship management
  • Taking minutes
  • Board support
  • Following up action points
  • Creating agendas
  • Event support
  • Implementing systems / processes
  • Expenses
  • Some light international travel

Candidates must have:

  • 5+ years PA experience
  • Supported at Board / Executive level
  • Strong minute taking skills
  • Good Power Point / Excel skills
  • Experience in a charity or the Health sector is a plus but not compulsory
  • Confident and personable
  • Strong written and verbal communication
