Job Description

We have a fabulous opportunity, working for a long-standing and highly successful health focussed charity, based in Windsor, who offer flexible working. This is a new position supporting two Senior Levels execs and who are looking to hire asap. Both remote and socially distanced face to face interviews are able to be coordinated. The role will be a mixture of office and remote working. Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Relationship management
  • Taking minutes
  • Board support
  • Following up action points
  • Creating agendas
  • Event support
  • Implementing systems / processes
  • Expenses
  • Some light international travel

Candidates must have:

  •  4 years PA experience
  • Supported at Board / Executive level
  • Strong minute taking skills
  • Good Power Point / Excel skills
  • Experience in a charity or the Health sector is a plus but not compulsory
  • Confident and personable
  • Strong written and verbal communication
