We are really excited to be working on this new PA/ Office Manager role based at a very successful and growing boutique Private Equity firm. Based in exceptionally smart West End offices, this role is working with a small team of eight senior professionals, two of whom founded the business. The two founders require complete PA support and the more junior members require basic diary, travel and expense management.
As the office is small, the successful PA/ Office Manager will also be overseeing the day to day running of the office; ordering office supplies, assisting with IT, liaising with the building manager as well as meeting and greeting clients as they arrive in to the office. We are looking for a PA/ Office Manager who takes pride in the office and is equally happy serving tea and coffee, as they are speaking to the biggest investor. We need someone who is down to earth with a team-focused and positive attitude.
Everyone in the team has their own individual office and it can be a quiet working environment, so the PA/ Office Manager must be able to get their head down and work autonomously. As the business grows, the role in turn will also develop so there is an opportunity to grow although we are looking for a PA/ Office Manager who is looking to stay long term in their next position.
