We are looking for an extremely well presented and client facing Reception Team Assistant to work at a hugely successful Global and Professional company, based in the heart of Mayfair. You will be the first point of contact for all their clients and guests, therefore you will need to be confident, friendly and extremely detail orientated. Responsibilities will include; managing their meeting rooms, ordering stationery, maintaining the kitchen area and ordering supplies accordingly, and general office duties as required. In addition, as Reception Team Assistant you will be responsible for booking travel arrangements, answering the phones, diary management and assistant with their events. This company are in a period of growth and therefore there is a huge amount of opportunity to get involved. Ideally you will have a minimum of a year’s experience within a similar office environment and you will be able to demonstrate that you have the maturity to deal with clients at all levels.
