Job Description

A sustainability friendly investment company is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and flexible Team Assistant and Office Manager for their central Head Office. 

As Team Assistant you will support 6 members of the Senior team and help to ensure the smooth running of the office.  You will also be required to co-ordinate a forthcoming office move.

Responsibilities will include diary and travel management, dealing with the board and minutes, organising lunches and events, meeting and greeting, ordering supplies and relationship building, health and safety and covering the Receptionist when needed. 

This is a lovely varied role for a professional, articulate and approachable individual seeking to commit to a role for a minimum of 3-4 years.  You must be willing to roll up your sleeves, enjoy multi-tasking and being the go-to person in the office.
