A successful and rapidly growing chain of beautifully designed, high-end and flexible office spaces is seeking a competent and creative Team PA with Office Manager duties for their East London office. Mainly focused on providing support to 5 senior members of the management team, your duties will include diary, inbox and meeting management, screening incoming calls, dealing with expenses, minute taking, data processing, assisting with HR and events, undertaking general admin and helping to keep the offices running smoothly. You must have had at least 2 years prior PA experience, ideally at Senior level, excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, a positive, can-do and willing attitude and discretion.
