A well-established sports organisation is looking for a sparky and savvy PA to join their Global Sales team of 10 members for a 1-year Maternity Contract cover for an immediate start. Based in chic offices in the West End, you should be confident, switched on, be able to think on your feet with a can-do attitude. You will also be dynamic, efficient and a real team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to keep a cool, calm head under pressure. The role as PA will be supporting the team and will largely entail diary and international travel arrangement, general business and admin assistance with the occasional personal task. It is essential that you are dedicated to the role of a PA, be well-presented, articulate and attentive to detail, with excellent communication skills (oral and written) and can work autonomously as well as part of a team. It is also vital have had at least two to three years of solid previous PA experience and be educated to degree level or a recognised business/PA qualification.
