We have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated temporary part time EA to join an established medical body. You will be supporting the Chief Executive and President, your duties will include managing diaries and inboxes, ensuring seamless meeting arrangements and maintaining the smooth running of the company. The ideal candidate will be organised, with previous experience supporting within the medical industry and confident working with Committees and Councils. You will need to be available 14 hours per week and it will require you to attend meetings in London and take notes – flexibility is essential.
