Job Description

We have a lovely new role working for a creative company in the West End. Based in stunning offices, this is a great front of house role working alongside a friendly and hard-working team.

The successful candidate must be available immediately for the next 3 months.

This is an office-based role, 4 days per week.

 

Duties will include:

● Answering the phones

● Email correspondence

● Assisting with facilities

● Health & Safety

● Managing the meeting rooms

● Travel booking

● Ordering office supplies

● Receiving and arranging deliveries

● Sorting post

● Providing excellent customer support both internally and externally

 

The successful candidate must have previous reception experience and will be confident working in a client facing environment.
