Chief of Staff Responsibilities could include;
- Acting as a true Right Hand to Founder / Chairman (Executive) in a business and/or personal capacity
- Provide administrative, business, analytical and commercial support to Founder/ Chairman including both executive assistant and personal support
- Analyse, absorb and understand data and KPIs to support the business. Use this and other information to prepare information and roll out as appropriate/directed.
- Research and reporting, working closely with internal and external teams
- Managing relationships across the globe – clients, stakeholders, board and internal teams
- Managing all incoming communication and responding appropriately on Founders’ behalf
- Arranging detailed schedules and itineraries with relevant paperwork and information
- Manage direct deliverables, including drafting communications and other tasks that facilitate the Founder's ability to lead efficiently
- Coordinate all internal and external meetings, conference calls and interviews – attending where appropriate
- Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics in accordance with personal preferences
- People Management – Business / Personal capacity
- Diary Management - arranging all business and personal appointments and meetings (Coordinate, optimise, manage and organise)
- Liaising with business and personal contacts across the globe
- Coordinate and assist in personal and professional events/activities
- Ad hoc project work as and when requested
